I am so tired. Guess what who came back to coach us today!! Iwan :D HAHAHA. Heard that Coach Lau was in Japannn. Anw after not training for approximately 4 weeks, my badminton has become like shit. And I cheated my way for the drills. I only did 2/5 sets.. Ewwwww :(
Rhaul and Nigel will be playing Cheers on monday @ yck. All the best ok! Whooo :D sorry, can't go down. Hahaha :(
